Margaheata® made the Colorado Restaurant & Bar Show Swicy!

April 7, 2026 - Booth #126, Colorado Convention Center, Denver

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the Margaheata® team exhibited at the Colorado Restaurant & Bar Show at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The CRB Show is the biggest restaurant and foodservice conference in the Rocky Mountain region, bringing together 130+ exhibitors and thousands of restaurant operators, bar managers, chefs, and beverage directors from across Colorado.

We delighted visitors to the booth all day, many of whom placed their first orders after the show. Two batch dispensers anchored the tasting station: a Spicy Basil Lemonade and a Spicy Virgin Paloma, both built with Margaheata Swicy Syrup. Both 0% ABV. Both made with hand-selected fresh serranos, habaneros, and jalapenos, never capsaicin extracts. Operators tasted the consistency immediately; the same perfect sweet heat every time.

The booth was set up to mirror what an operator program actually looks like behind the bar. Our 8oz bottle for craft cocktail menus sat alongside our 64oz bulk bottle for high-volume venues, and we walked guests through the math: 1/4 oz per drink, no muddling, no pepper steeping, no wasted prep. The response from beverage directors and BMs running spicy programs was immediate. They got it.

CRB also turned into one of the most productive distribution conversations we have had since launching wholesale. Regional and national distributors stopped by. Restaurant groups took samples to test, with several upgrading their summer menus to include Margaheata in cocktails and mocktails. Several of the conversations from April 7 are now active customers, sample drops, and new conversations. The CRB Show confirmed what we already believed: Margaheata has a real distribution lane in Colorado and beyond.
