Spicy Ranch Water

The fastest spicy cocktail on the menu. Three ingredients plus a topper, built in the glass, no shaker required. Margaheata® Swicy Syrup turns Ranch Water into the cleanest sweet-heat highball you can pour. Want it 0% ABV? Skip the tequila and the mocktail still drinks like a craft cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Margaheata® Swicy Syrup
  • ~4 oz Topo Chico (or other dry mineral water)
  • Lime wedge garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. 2Add tequila, fresh lime juice, and Margaheata® Swicy Syrup.
  3. 3Top with Topo Chico and stir gently once to combine.
  4. 4Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pro Tip

Mocktail version: drop the tequila, bump lime to 1 oz, add a pinch of sea salt, and top with ~5 oz Topo Chico. Same crisp sweet heat at 0% ABV. Build in the glass either way; no shaker needed. Pour trick: 1/4 oz = a 1-second squeeze. Count "Swi-cy" as you pour.
