Ginger meets fresh pepper heat in this elevated take on the classic mule. The combination of spicy ginger beer and Margaheata® creates a layered heat experience that's addictive. Want it 0% ABV? Skip the vodka and the mocktail still delivers the same double-heat punch.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz Margaheata® Swicy Syrup
- Lime wheel and mint sprig garnish
Instructions
- 1Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with ice.
- 2Add vodka, lime juice, and Margaheata® Swicy Syrup.
- 3Top with ginger beer.
- 4Stir gently.
- 5Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
Pro Tip
Mocktail version: drop the vodka. Build in a copper mug or rocks glass over ice with 1/2 oz fresh lime + 1/4 oz Margaheata®, then top with ~6 oz non-alcoholic ginger beer (Fever-Tree, Bundaberg, or Reed's). Stir gently. Lime wheel + mint sprig. Same ginger-pepper interplay at 0% ABV. Pour trick: 1/4 oz = a 1-second squeeze. Count "Swi-cy" as you pour.
