Ginger meets fresh pepper heat in this elevated take on the classic mule. The combination of spicy ginger beer and Margaheata® creates a layered heat experience that's addictive. Want it 0% ABV? Skip the vodka and the mocktail still delivers the same double-heat punch.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Margaheata® Swicy Syrup
  • Lime wheel and mint sprig garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with ice.
  2. 2Add vodka, lime juice, and Margaheata® Swicy Syrup.
  3. 3Top with ginger beer.
  4. 4Stir gently.
  5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

Pro Tip

Mocktail version: drop the vodka. Build in a copper mug or rocks glass over ice with 1/2 oz fresh lime + 1/4 oz Margaheata®, then top with ~6 oz non-alcoholic ginger beer (Fever-Tree, Bundaberg, or Reed's). Stir gently. Lime wheel + mint sprig. Same ginger-pepper interplay at 0% ABV. Pour trick: 1/4 oz = a 1-second squeeze. Count "Swi-cy" as you pour.
